Our Story
Our team evolved from a real estate development company who had to develop scalable solutions to handle the incoming property flow from our agents, brokers, and wholesalers.
Collectively, we spent decades evaluating properties for acquisition, development, and disposition. Nearly every transaction required the use of lenders, insurance agents, and real estate agents. What we found after looking at some of our most profitable transactions in the LA & Ventura market was that there are simply too many transactions for personal relationships to catch all the good opportunities that come up every day. We were surprised to discover our highest-profit deals came through this automated system (and earlier versions of it), not from our decade-long agent/broker relationships. Why?
